A hearty breakfast and we’re off for a day of sailing that will bring us to Acadia. After anchoring there will be opportunity (weather permitting) for an island walk on Little Cranberry.

Day 3 (August 2)

In the morning we’ll cruise into Frenchmen’s Bay, past Thunder Hole and Otter Cliffs to the Porcupine Islands, culminating in the early afternoon where we’ll participate in the Acadia National Park Centennial Parade of sail in Somes Sound Windjammer Parade. Anchorage with the fleet in Southwest Harbor and a trip ashore for a Maine farm-to-table feast.

After motoring over to Clifton Dock in Northeast Harbor and another fabulous breakfast the group will enjoy a morning excursion in Acadia. We depart Mount Desert Island in the afternoon for the westward leg of journey.
